First Long Trip..... Thoughts???

Hey Everyone,

After several years of long weekend trips, I am taking my TT out for my first long trip (9 days).

I am going to the Olympic Peninsula and the TT will be parked, at the same camp ground, and I will be traveling out from there sightseeing.

The question to those more experienced out there is: What should I do/bring differently than just three day weekend trips?

What things would you have done differently now, than you did on your first long trip (20/20 hindsight stuff)?

Thanks for your input!!!

Sheila

Only things might be:
1. Extra food/water if dry camping
2. Extra clothes & batteries.
9 days pass pretty quickly when you're enjoying your TT.
Safe journeys...

I would add a few basic tools if you don't already have them.

Rain gear!
Food for all the time.
Enough clothes so you don't have to spend a day at the laundromat.

Maintainance Maintainance Maintainance, if you haven't done it religiously then something will go wrong. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.
