First new camper...service

My wife and I have owned .... pickup campers ... pop UPS, and an older tt. We retired and decided to get a new trailer. We purchased a Dutchman ..... aspen trail.....160rb......

We picked up the trailer and made a list of issues in the first couple of days.... we called dealer and made an appointment to get these fixed. We used it once as we waited for the appointment day.

We were met with appointment? they wanted trailer for 1.5weeks.. I gave almost two weeks ...... the service writer was very good about this ......no parts required .... we will have it for you..... pick up at 8:30 tomorrow.... we will keep you informed on progress, etch. Etch

Today we call to check on it..... it was just going into the shop .....this was close to 5. They told me foe it should be done Friday pm??? sat am is start of deer muzzle loader season .....i have to get the water systems winterized as it is to freeze the first time sat am.

So far some e.g..much of the thrill for new is gone

Get to talk to dealer first thing tomorrow.

I found an awesome RV service shop by going to rvservicereviews.com
Good luck!
And yes, stay away from CW.

I have what used to be a really good RV dealer within a dozen miles of my home. Honest folks, great customer service, and reasonable prices. Unfortunately they were bought out by CW. Now they have the most unethical dishonest sales staff you would ever care to meet. Zero customer service, and they are much higher priced. That said, for some reason they seem to do more business. Guess customers are their own worst enemy. Hope it works out for you in the end.
