Do these work on longer trailers?
What's the range from the sensor, to the monitor?

I have a 30 foot trailer and it works just fine. They have signal repeaters that aren't expensive you can install to extend the distance if your trailer is longer or you have issues with signal.

This is what I have: http://tsttruck.com/product/tst-507-flow-thru/ but you don't need the flow through design but it is convenient if you need to top off the tires.
This is the repeater for longer distance: http://tsttruck.com/product/tst-507-repeater/. Cheap enough to just order to be safe if you want.

They say the batteries last one year. I've had my batteries in my sensors going on the 3rd year now. I remove the sensors after every trip as they are very easy to install and remove.

Well we are back we went to Kentucky from Houston Texas. We droveup thru Texas stayed at Atlanta State Park just outside Texarkana for 3 nights then on thru Arkansas to just north of Memphis (big ugly dirty city) Stayed two nights at Shelby State Park. Then onto Bumpus Mills Campground (COE) Tennessee now this was a NICE campground! Spent 4 nights visiting with Grand Daughter. Then we came down Tenn. highway 13 was a nice drive two lane. Hit the Natchez trace just north of Alabama and rode it into Tupleo Mississippi. Stayed two nights in West Pointe Missisissippi Town Creek Campground (COE) very nice lots of really nice spots. Then onto Meridian where we stayed at Twiltley Branch Campground also lots of nice spots. (COE). From there went to Natchez State Park. Then back to Houston straight across Louisiana.

From this trip we have determined we like the COE parks much better for us!

Thank you to all who gave me tips for the trip we had ZERO problems with truck or trailer and had a great time!

Sure glad you had a good time with no problems. How did you like Atlanta State Park?

Just opposite of you. We left Kentucky May 05, and we just arrived in San Antonio, Texas! Great trip so far, with 2 more months to go.

We traveled through Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and then Texas at Mustang Island State Park for 5 days , then traveled here to San Antonio on Friday. Believe it or not, today is the first day of rain we have experienced in the past 18 days it didn't really start till we were eating supper! We seem to be just staying ahead of the bad weather on all of our travels. Maybe it will rain tonight and then be all over with till we exit this state next week!

This is a great state, and we would love to come back. We really enjoyed Mustang Island and the beach, the USS Lexington tour in Corpus Christi, San Antonio especially the riverwalk, the missions tour and the Alamo.

Well it was nice but we were a little disappointed there were no sites on the lake in the campground. Others have said the COE parks on the lake are better we will try them the next time.
