Fleetwood Mallard water damage

I recently was given a 26 ft 2000 Fleetwood Mallard camper which has water damage. The roof in the front bedroom had two gaps which lets water in. We stripped the panels and are looking to restore it. The water has also damaged part of the hallway up to the slide-out but not further than the kitchen. Other than the water damage in the master bedroom everything else is in working condition. It is currently sitting under a tarp to reduce more water damage. I was wondering what would be the best and most efficient way in repairing the holes and rebuilding the bedroom.
