Fleetwood Terry 300

Hello everyone.

First thing, I would like to introduce myself as I am new on this site and hope everyone had a great safe summer and got to enjoy every second of it. My name is Sam and looking to receive some feedback on purchasing a used 2004 Fleetwood Terry 300. This will be my first trailer and have to be honest, I do not know much about trailers. First question is, is this a decent brand trailer to purchase. They are asking $11k Canadian dollars. Pretty clean with no damage but the interior is pretty basic. Next question is, is it hard to make interior changes like, wall paper, flooring?

There is a 8 by 30 deck built to it with a gazebo in one corner. Also. 8 by 10 shed built beside the trailer

Note, the furnace and AC will be inspected to be certified prior in purchasing since the trailer is more than 10 years old.

Many may ask why buying this trailer, well the lot we found comes with a trailer and that's how we can get the lot. Ultimately we can always sell the trailer move it out and purchase a new one but before we do that we want to make sure we will enjoy having a trailer as a get away during summer weekends.

Thoughts/opinions

Thank you all
Sam
