Flooring replacement in TT

Hello everyone,
I'm in need of some insight to replacing the linoleum floor in my TT, I covered the TT last season and came back to uncover it this season just to find out that my linoleum floor had split from one end of the trailer to the other. I was so shocked and in awe. I cut out the linoleum floor to find out that my TT has some bad wood around the outer edges of the trailer. Mainly where my slides are. I'm looking to get some insight on type of flooring to replace the linoleum with and also how to maybe level my slide out. Pictures to follow.

Not sure what model, brand, age etc that you have. Some manufacturers place the vinyl on the floor deck before the body sides and structure are placed on the covered deck. You probably aren't going to pull the body off the deck to replace the flooring if that's how it was built. Anyway. more information is needed before anybody can offer you advice.
