Fresh water tank/water pump

I have a 2013 Jayco X23B camper when I used it the last time I filled
my freshwater tank up full when I turn my water pump on all I got was
air out the faucets. I was able to stretch hoses to a city water hook up I was
able to run water with no leaks and no problems! Does anybody know why
I wasn't getting water from my fresh water tank?

Could be air in the line to the pump. If your pump has a pick up line for adding winterization chemicals the valves for this feature on the pump may have been bumped open allowing air in.

My bet is the valve at the water pump is set to pull fluid from the antifreeze bottle. Check the valves at your pump and see if the are set to flow correctly.
