Fridge and Freezer too Cold

I have a 2018 Catalina Legacy Edition and noticed anything I put on top shelf inside the fridge freezes. The Thermometer in the fridge goes to 30-32 and freezer Thermometer shows zero.
Is this normal? Can I adjust the temperature?

Thanks for your input.

Mine has a slider on the front that goes from 1 to 5 right next to the off/auto/gas switch.

A small battery powered fan will help circulate the cold as well so it is more evenly cold throughout.

2018 model. Is it a residential style fridge or a gas?

This is Norcold model #N611VLW6 and I don't see any temperature control slider anywhere outside or inside.

If you don't have the manual, Google your fridge for one

I had to install a fan in my Dometic to keep the fridge side from freezing up. Still have to manually de-ice the freezer.

OK.....
That Norcold model has an 'automatic' temp control based on thermistor feed back.

Thermistor is the sensing device attached to cooling fin in food compartment.

YOU can make minor temp adjustments by relocating thermistor position (6*F - 8*F overall)

Make sure tip of thermistor is just protruding out top of clip and that clip is firmly attached to fin.

Move clip/thermistor UP for cooler temps in food compartment
Move clip/thermistor DOWN for warmer temps in food compartment

Although not addressed in this manual it does have info that is viable......FAULT Codes on pg. 11
http://www.primetimerv.com/download/...1V_Install.pdf

A circulating fan inside food compartment will also help even temps out .
Warmest places are on door and towards bottom of compartment so moving the cold air up top down and around does help

OH.by the way thanks for getting back with Brand/Model. It helps to know WHICH one of the 100's
