This is usually caused by an overflow protection device tripping in the bottle. Close the valves, shut off all the appliances, and open the propane bottle valve very slowly.

My guess, faulty regulator-or- it's clogged with something_guess that would also be faulty. Those full-flow (not OPD portion) valves have been known to fail. Another possibility is the pigtails from the cylinder to regulator that were/are made in China have a recall issued a few years ago.

Check pressure. Quit guessing.
See what it is just with tanks on, nothing using LP. Should be 11" WC. When using an appliance, it should still be 11" WC and steady. If that checks out, you might still go to each supply line at the WH and furnace and do the same thing. If that checks out, it's a WH and separate furnace issue.
OR take it to a certified propane technician. Because, in TX at least, you have to have a cert. to do work with LP.

Problem solved! Lines attaching to the tanks were loose? Tightened then up and everything works as should

I think it was about 3 years ago, Chinese-made LPG pigtails were defective. The only thing I can find today is this: The RV Doctor: Disconcerting Propane Leaks on RV
Perhaps your local RV service department will still have the recall notice.
