I bought a used 2009 Dutchman Freedom Spirit 180fs last June. I payed $8900 for it with all accessories from the private seller. Including the W/D hitch system. I had my credit union do my financing and I got a 2% interest rate over 4 years. I know that's short term but my balance is already down a year later to $6100. My payments are $190/mo. So point is a used TT could be the way to go if you can get a good interest rate. And BTW my wife are already looking to upgrade to a 24/25 ft range and I have put my TT up for sale. I've researched what I could sell it for and online dealers are selling the same camper for $9500 plus. So if I'm successful I would make money which is usually un heard of when selling after 1 year.

2000 Springdale 25RKLS 3,200 bucks , put new tires, brakes, bearing and races.maybe but 800 bucks into it, 100 percent functional, . 5 trips so far and going to the mountains soon . Our first TT.

At the families for the 4th. Someone's grandparents just offered us their 27' something or nother with a slide for $4500. LOL Gonna go look at it afterwhile.

I would still look at used because most of the time they will come with the hitches , sway bars,sewer hoses sometimes portable sewer tanks , bike rakes ,leveling blocks and many other things. Good luck and Happy Camping

We're buying the 2000 Mallard 26E by Fleetwood for $4500. I'm taking it to Camping Worl for the 45 point inspection before I sign the title and give them a check.

And they are giving us the sway bars, and weight distribution hitch, and everything INSIDE the trailer except for her crocheted afghans. All the pots, pans, etc are coming ith it. LOL

These are a couple in their 80's, so I'm going to have to un-maw maw it a little bit, but I'm so excited!! I can't wait. I hope it passes inspection.

I know the A/C works, the lights work, the tires are only a year old with 140 miles on them, the jacks work, and the appliances work. The only thing I'm worried about is the plumbing, water heater, roof, and seals.

Had a Mallard Class C at one time and we liked it.

Yeah, this trailer must have been a nice one back in its day. It's still nice for being 14 years old. That HUGE slide it has make SO much room.

I just hope it still passes the inspection.
