9200.00 is a cash only price. Dealer told me I wouldn't have to pay state taxes if paid cash only.

I was told that Gulfstream towables are ok but motorized are not. I had a Gulfstream trailer for 5 years of heavy use. No problems at all. It was a 2008 Streamlite 22SLB no slides.
The only way you will not pay state sales tax is if the dealer does not collect it and you never put it on road after your 30 day tags expire. As soon as you get your license plates you will be taxed.

Dealer told me why I wouldn't have to pay taxes is it was bought from a private owner. I buying this to live in and not to use on the road for camping.

This trailer is not a all season and wondering if I should buy a local Arctic Fox Truck camper instead?

All brands are good and all brands are bad. If you follow this forum long enough you'll see every make has problems occasionally.
If this unit looks to be in pretty good shape and everything works then I'd say go for it.
$9200 sounds good.

Congrats - if you are moving to Tenn. that trailer should be fine. I would consider the Gulfstream trailer that I had to be a good 3.25 season trailer. I could stay in it if I moved 300 miles south. Tenn. will get 6 weeks on and off of cold weather.
Once you get a job give it 3 months to get into a comfortable routine.

We lived in a 2000 33' 2 slide Gulfstream 5th wheel full time. Within the first year it started to come apart getting worse over 3 years until we got rid of it. Looks nice, cheap construction.

My trailer's cabinets are starting to come apart now I have found. Pealing surface on cabinets. Should have bought Arctic Fox truck camper instead. Built like a tank.
