Since a trip to the factory is likely to be a problem for you, I'd sure be "talking" to your dealer. Since the axle is designed to move independently of the frame (and stuff that is attached to said frame), I would be very concerned about the grey water drain pipe.
And certainly any leak from the black water system needs immediate attention.
I would catch some of the black water leak (with a disposable container
) and determine if it is really black water. It could be fresh water that found its way into the tank shroud, either from a fresh water leak or road spray (I have experienced the latter).
