Any reviews on this? They are pretty cheap right now and I was considering them.

well, being 3, 15 watt solar panels I would expect them to generate dc current to charge a storage battery or two that I would use as a power supply to feed my 2000 watt inverter. This of course would be used to power low current items around the 'ol mobile homestead.

I guess I should have asked, How reliable are they to anyone who has already had them....

45 watts is a maintenance charge, unlikely to restore capacity to the battery in the time needed to provide for usage. You make might be better off looking into a couple hundred watts and appropriate controller.

The suggested AMSOLAR education site had excellent sizing information.

Yup, 45 watts at 13 volts ( 45/13 a minimum charging voltage ), is only, a little over 3 amps.
When they list them at 12 volts, that must only be for comparison.

Batteries are at 12.6 volts, full charged. You need more then that to push in the amps.

Good for storage, battery maintenance.

Ordering from Harbor Freight can be a nightmare! I ordered a small trailer and ended up with missing and broken parts. Called the shipper and ended up in India talking with someone with a very thick accent. I'd buy in a store if possible.

out of the 10 plus times I have ordered from them I have got what I ordered. granted some of the items are not to par but I did read the reviews and took a gamble. I must say, the items I bought that count did and do stand up to their advertised use.
