Help me find THE TT.

Hello everyone! I'm going to throw my list out, if anyone could make suggestions I would appreciate it.

Hybrids are out, DW does not like the tent ends...

Looking for a TT 30' and under with a luxury feel, leather interior, separate bunk room. Ok sized bath (maybe even one with a separate entrance). Outdoor kitchen, spacious feel. All of this around 6,000lbs and a lighter hitch weight?

I'm towing with a 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn 4x4, 3.92 gears, tow package, CC.

Thanks!

Thanks. The north trail looks like a winner.

All of these are similar on paper but very different in person. It took us 6-8 months to find the right one. You must go check them out in person. We drove all over the southeast to many dealers. Sometimes unplanned... just pulled off the highway when we saw one. Most anything with a seperate bunkroom (door) is going to be way too big.
**these are all fiberglass trailers, not the corrugated aluminum.

Crossroads Sunset Trail ST240BH or ST270BH

Coleman Explorer CTU281BH or new for this year CTU296BH. The back door to the bathroom seems odd, but is very functional at camp and especially on the road. Also great at the dump station when you want to go in and flush.

Forest River Surveyor Sport SP295BHS or SP296BHDS

Kodiak has several we found really nice:
This is the 283BHSL, but they have several others that might work.

Nice choices! I was wondering about that door to the bathroom on the opposite side, hopefully it had a black tank flash, but the ability to use it if you pull over is a GREAT idea!

I like the idea of 2 outside doors. One of the choices I made with my TT. For you, keeps kid traffic trough the TT to a minimum. For me it was a safety issue in case of fire for another egress.
I saw a neat TT with a separate bunk room with 4 bunks and a wardrobe/desk in the rear. Wish I could remember the make/model.

You also won't need to pull the slide out to access the bathroom.
And yes, I think the Colemans have black tank flush, but as I've come to find, either there's a line behind you or you can't get a functional hose at the dump station. So the ability to use the black tank flush isn't always there.

I hate to say it but the OP needs to sit down with the wife and have a heart to heart talk about what they can really tow. It seems as though mama has bigger aspirations than the truck can handle. It's either time to get a bigger truck or mama's just going to need to settle for less TT. OP needs to give mama the weight restrictions and the mouse to the PC and have her find the one that works. Everyone on here has given common sense advice but the OP seems dead set on bucking that advice. I think wants are overriding needs.
