Help please. 1978 Holiday Rambler Presidential 3000

I purchased a 1978 Holiday Rambler Presidential 3000. I am planning to live in her full time. I am planning to put a new roof on and re-seal all the windows. In the meantime I have been taking down the walls to beef up the insulation. I have found a few wet areas and one floor spot that needs attention.
WHAT I REALLY NEED is a floor plan. This model is 30 foot and has twin beds in the middle section with the bathroom in the rear. Does anyone have a floor plan they could share?
Any other advise is more than welcome. This is my plan to be rent/mortgage free....and it is already costing more than I anticipated!

Thank you!

Not sure what you mean by wanting a floorpan. The floorpan is what you see laid out before you. Bedroom over there, bathroom over there, etc.. Can you elaborate a bit more please? Are you looking for construction details?

Thank you for your response! I am looking for a diagram that gives the dimensions of everything. (like what an architect might draw?) I am hoping that it provides some detail of where pipes and electrical are. She is original with no add on items. I don't have a program that would allow me to create the floor plan that would allow me to design a new layout. I found one photo of some various Holiday Rambler vintage trailers, however the photo is too pixilated when I make it large enough to see any detail. So I know there are some out there. I hope that helps and again I appreciate your willingness to try to help!

Cool if you are starting with a blank slate. You can build yourself a tiny house and do things better than the factory.

Forget a program unless you are good with CAD programs. Just use pencil, graph paper, and a tape measure. Go to a RV dealer and take a look at some similar sized trailers for ideas and to take measurements. Then you can start experimenting.
