Help! Power Jack wont operate...not even manually

The little accessory light works, but no response from the jack button. So I try to crank it by hand, and it acts like its locked. Is there some sort of release or something? Worked when I last parked it...the 1 page paper that came with the camper doesn't even list the manufacturer, so there's no support number to call. Of course this happens when I'm supposed to leave for a wknd trip in a few hours . Any suggestions even to let it handcrank?

Thanks

Disregard folks...figured it out.

I opened up the housing and it was filled with water (we've been away and have very wet weather for the last 3 weeks. Evidently the 5 gallon bucket I use to cover the jack blew away with the wind). Everything seems frozen up in there.

Anyway there was a type of lock or key (kind of like a woodruff key) that was preventing the larger gear from turning...pulled it out and it cranks fine.
