I had a 2016 Open Range Light 315BHS

Interior build quality - decent, only had a few interior trim pieces that came off (they use the tiny straight pin nails and vibration can wiggle them loose.)

Fixtures were all decent and worked as expected. Toilets didn't have any issues and the tank system was easy to work with for filling and dumping

We had some issues with the furnace which were never resolved, but the warranty is 2 years and you just have to be adamant about your dealer getting them fixed. Other than that everything worked well, midgrade (furion) electrical components were installed and functioned as they should.

Exterior build is good, we never had any issues with the slides for the year that we had it. Had plenty of basement storage.(5th wheel so TT may have limited storage)

landing gear broke the securing bolt for the motor to transfer bar twice, easy fix was to just put in a stronger bolt.

We had the dealer reseal some sections of the roof that had small holes in the seam. the battery compartment did not have a battery hold down, found that kind of odd that it was just free to float around in there.

The tires they put on will be at the load range limit, so you will want to replace those with a higher load rating when they are worn just for peace of mind.

We stayed 2 days in Utah at -2* and 3 days in the grand canyon at 10* without any issues, Furnace kept the under belly warm enough that the pipes didn't freeze and we only used 2/3 a 20lb tank of propane for those 5 days at that temp. We supplement with electric heating as well.

The dometic ac's work well and keep it cool inside, only had it in 85* weather so that's the best we can contribute to the cooling capability, we had 2 ac's

if you have any more specific questions let me know.I'm sure other's have had the newer highland ridge stuff as well. I believe they are actually under Jayco corporation as well??

Thanks for the reply, well with the cost of them you would think they would have a little better customer service department, maybe I'll just cross them off the list
