Can't offer much assistance with the furnace installation and venting
because it is a very critical safety issue.
What I will strongly suggest is that you get a professional to do this ...Maybe in exchange for a couple of hunting trips with your club. Net cost, zero.
Then install a good battery powered
Carbon Monoxide Detector and a
Smoke Detector. ...And make sure they are working every time you go up to the camp.
You saved a bundle on getting a good shelter. Now, spend a few dollars on ensuring that you and your buddies can enjoy it for a long, long time.
