IRV 8053 cd/DVD player

I own a 2015 Nash travel trailer that came with the IRV 8053 stereo with CD/DVD player installed. I have a question about the product but
It seems that they are out of business. IRV technology is no longer.
Their parent company was Patrick Industries.
My problem is that I cannot select the cd/DVD mode....it isn't an option along with radio, auxiliary, etc.
I was able to locate an owner's manual, but it is zero help.
Nash stopped installing them in 2016. Any help is appreciated
