Original picture is from an advertisement from 1975, so that part isn't photoshopped. Certainly altered, but not on a computer. Airstream was surely added on one though.

The trailer isn't centered on the Jeep even though the "photo" was taken down the center line of the path and vehicle. It's a faked image, but still a good one.
