Justin,
First, welcome to iRV2!

We're glad to have you join us.
I fixed your poll. Insofar as Jayco is concerned, they've been around since the 1960s and are a privately held, primarily family owned, company. They tend to be very conservative in their finances and, as a result, recently purchased facilities from Travel Supreme who closed their doors due to the economic downturn in the RV industry.
We've owned three Jaycos, a Cardinal pop-up (our first RV) and two Designer 5th wheels, a 1996 3030RK and a 2000 XL 3610RLTS. All gave us years of reliable, enjoyable service. Jayco has a reputation for building good RVs at their respective price points and for working hard to ensure customer satisfaction. As an example, compare their warranty to other comparable RVs.
You mention that the Jayco under consideration is a 2007. If it's used, then the maintenance it has received and the care it was given by its previous owners will likely be the deciding factor. Given the fact that a 2 year warranty is being offered, though, it may well be new and has sat on a dealer's lot for an extended period. In that case, check for deterioration from sustained exposure to the elements, damage from floor traffic, etc.
If you'd like to do some more research, go to the toolbar above your post, click on the Find function and enter "Jayco". The result should give you some good reading regarding others' experiences with this manufacturer.
