We have owned a 2011 Cougar 321RES since new. I wish I would have gone with an Arctic Fox 30U! Every warranty issue has cost us something as Keystone would never pony up the $$ for the repairs.. Heck, they even installed under rated axles which was a recall issue. Not impressed with their quality.

Based on 3 years of helping an unhandy friend with all the issues he's had with his Keystone, I'll never own one. He's about to trade it in for a Grand Design TT... and I may do so soon as well...

Quite happy with our Jayco White Hawk

Check the Jayco Owners Forum and you will find that the majority of Jayco owners are happy with their trailers. Two year warrantee.

Also finding a good dealer is very helpful if something goes wrong.
