Does anyone know where the water pump is located? I turn it on, hear it run, but can't locate.

Where is your water tank? The pump could be close or not. Do you not have water?

Mossy Cat, I haven't winterized one of these before, sorry I can't tell you the exact location. Usually you can hear it running so it might help you narrow down an approximate location. Some common places in trailers are the vented area under the sink or stovetop, inside the front storage compartment behind a "false" panel, (you will most likely need to remove a couple of screws holding the false panel on) next to or under the bed (in some cases you just lift the bed which may or may not be on gas assisted struts).

Thank y'all. I didn't check under the stove vent. However, I looked in storage area near the filling point for water. I hear it running but can't find a way to get to it. Maybe there is a false panel. I hope.

It's almost 400 miles from home now at a deer camp. I poured pink stuff in the potable water reservoir. I turned on the pump for awhile after blowing all the lines. I hope the pump was able to circulate the antifreeze in itself. No pink ever came from the faucet when I had it open, only air. I sure hope it doesn't freeze. It's gets below freezing in South Texas pretty often.

I will call the morons at the service department where we purchased it and ask them. Lol

I have the 242RESL and it's located behind a panel that I had to unscrew 2 screws. If you are standing at the sink (which on the 242RESL is at the left side rear) in the corner, to your right, at a 90 degree angle is a lower cabinet with what appears to be no access. Kneel down and look carefully, you should see a screw on each end of the panel. Remover those (you'll need a hex screwdriver) and behind that panel is the bypass valves and pump.

Those "morons" probably wouldn't help you and might think the same of you for not being able to find a pump.
Now, all trailers are different. Only that floorplan will have the pump in the same place as one of the EXACT floorplan. There are false panels all over the place. Yours will be mounted on the floor, inside. If you know roughly where the tank is, go somewhere close (it's not always that close) inside and start opening cabinets.
