leaky battery

I have a new TT and the battery is leaking. If the TT sits in my driveway and white puddle will appear shortly after parking it there. If I take the battery out and hook it up to a trickle down in my utility room it leaks all over the floor. The fluid looks clear but dries white. I know I can buy a new battery but why would 3 month old battery be doing this. Help!!

It could have an internal short, was overfilled at the factory or has a small crack or hole in it somewhere. It happens. It could have been dropped during shipping or when being installed.
I'd get a new one as soon as possible before the acid causes permanent damage to something.
Talk to your dealer. There should be a warranty on the battery.

It also could be freeze damage. If the chassis was left too long on in the storage lot before or after build the charge level would drop low enough for the battery to freeze and crack.

Its coming out from under the plastic piece that covers the battery wells. I check the fluid level and its right at the top, should it be that full?

No, when fully charged the water level will just touch the split ring.
