Welcome to iRV2.

The answer is probably .
Does the slide fit ok into the RV when closed?
BUT. In order to help you'll have to add year make and model info to you post.

Different manufacturers use different slide mechanisms and the methods are different.

I'll assume you've checked the RV floor for level, and compared that to the slide floor or bed frame.

If the RV is level, the slide should be pretty level as well. If it isn't, you're not running it out all the way or its out of adjustment. When we run ours out, just as it is about to stop, you will see it lift about a 1/2" as it presses against the seals. Try bringing it in and then run it back out again. There are adjustments that can be made, depending on the slide mechanism. I'm sure there's a Youtube video available once you figure out the correct operating system.
