Angry Light fixtures

Gotta love the expense these manufacturers go to to keep their clients satisfied. We are into our first year in the Zinger 33FK and love the layout and everything but for some minor but annoying details. One of the bulbs over our D/R table burnt out so I thought a good time to install led bulbs. I tried to remove the bad bulb and the cheap plastic at the base of the bulb fell apart in small pieces. OK so we will wait till we get home and go to the dealer and see what can be done. Well tonight the other bulb burnt out. No problem will just replace the bulb for now. NOT!! The glass of the bulb turned right out of the bulb base. Now no light in D/R area and I will have to see if we can even find a fixture the same. Will be looking for a Crossroads dealer in the Mesa area. Such attention to detail is really appreciated. The fixtures are attractive and different so we really liked them. Color me DUMB!!!
