Lights in the pantry

How if possible do I find power for some lights in the pantry?

I use battery powered tap lights. Available almost anywhere.

I use LED battery powered motion light by Liberty Safe. They work great. Turn on as soon as I open a cabinet door and plenty bright.

Found a 110 plug behind fridge but rather than start making holes I think ill go with your ideas/suggestions.

With LED's the batteries will probably die of age before they run down. I vote for the battery ones of any type.
