Lippert Power Tongue Jack Problem

I have an LCI power tongue jack for a TT and the nut that operates the manual override shaft has broken on 3 pieces (cast iron crap). I have contacted LCI but they don't supply spare nuts, just replace the whole jack they say. Has anyone experienced anything similar and more importantly, managed to find a supplier in the USA who can provide the shaft collar nut. I am in Australia and basically LCI power jacks are not used on TT's here as yet, nor any other power jack type. Jack operates ok on 12v but nut was broken during transport when battery went flat.

Thanks

Throw that POS LCI jack in the garbage and get a Barker VIP. Barker will send you any replacement part you need. I had the 3500 VIP and needed a new switch out of warranty and they sent a new one free of charge.

Can you get the specifications for the nut? amazon or some other mail order may have the right one.
