Lippert slide adjustment on Keystone Springdale

Hi All. I purchased my first camper, a 27' Springdale, and I'm having some issues. It was a private sale, so I don't have any warranty.

I purchased it in the fall, and it sat indoors all winter in a heated garage. Just took it out for the fall and it is leaking when the slide is closed.

My investigation shows that there is a bow in the top of the slide. I adjusted to tighten the seal all the way around, and the top corners are fine, but the middle opens to a gap I can put my finger in.

Did I buy someone else's issue, or is this an adjustment thing? I don't think I can make the rest of the it any tighter without risking damage.

I included a picture of how it was before the adjustment. PLEASE tell me there is a solution... I have a trip planned in 2 days!!!

Don't see any pictures. Not sure what the issue is but I bet getting a slide top cover would certainly help.

You may also have to modify the seals/new seals so that there is little or no gap.

If you can, pls post pics so that someone more experienced than me can help you.

A bow in the top of the slide is not an adjustment issue.

Is the wall bowed in, or is the slide roof bowed down? Either way, you have a serious repair.

Picture

Adding a URL to a photo. It isn't quite this bad after the adjustment, but the corners at the top are fine, but the middle isn't.
