Looking to buy my first trailer it will be set up on a lot at lake,Im looking at a 352flfb wildwood trailer are these a good trailer,any help

Is this going to be a new or used trailer? Just looked and that brand is the bottom of the line in Forest Rivers lineup of trailers. I think depending on the amount of money you have dedicated to this you might do far better buying a better quality used trailer. Is this going to be sitting on a seasonal site? Or is this private property? Depending on how it is situated even a park model could be a better investment especially if it is going to be a semi permanent fixture.
