Looking for travel trailer for full time use

I'm a single female looking for a travel trailer for full time use. I own a crew cab Ford F150 V6 2.7L 4WD pickup with a towing capacity of 7500 lbs, and I have owned a small Scamp 16 fiberglass RV for the last year. I plan to sell the Scamp and buy either a slightly used or new travel trailer. My budget is very flexible.

My primary objective is to have more room and comfort, and I would like a quality trailer. I do both volunteer work (parking for 3 to 6 months at a time) and traveling/moving quite a bit, and I do plan to boondock.

Based on what I've read, I should stay at 75% of the full towing capacity, so that puts me at about 5600 lbs fully loaded weight, as I understand it.

Must haves:
A/C
Decent kitchen and refrigerator
Oven
Quality build

Nice to haves:
Cold weather package
Dry bath
Lots of windows
Walk around bed (I think this will be a stretch in my weight range)
Windows on 3 sides of bed if possible

I really don't want a slide-out. I am not overly familiar with them but it seems like "more to go wrong..." I don't care for outdoor speakers or TVs.

I'd appreciate any input. Thanks!

Welcome to iRV2.

Glad to have you join us here in the forums.
You've set up your wants, and nice to haves , and you are being realistic in your weight expectations, compared to your tow vehicle's ratings.
. I'm sure there will be a member along soon who can provide more info on what's available.

Like I posted on another forum where you asked this question. While your weight numbers seem realistic, your trailer dreams may not be. Consider upgrading to a 2500 series truck. Then your trailer choices really open up. Personally I would look at Northwood Mfg or Outdoors RV. Both privatly owned family run companies with a good reputation for quality and durability.

I know I could go with another fiberglass trailer (The 21 Foot Escape) but thought I'd check out all possible options.

I think that the Outdoors RV Blackrock 20RD is too heavy once I'd add an A/C? The max for the trailer is 6200 lbs. That comes out to about 83% of the max tow capacity of my truck. Is this pushing it?

How much does the A/C weigh?

Sunnybrook Harmony 21fbs. Ours weighs 4600#
ready to go. Walk-around queen bed (60x80).one slide,
don't worry about the slide, it works fine.
We've owned a Harmony 20' and now the 21'; the 21fbs is the only walk around queen out there. Quality trailer.
Note on trailer length-Sunnybrook uses overall length (hitch to bumper) while all others list the length of the floor only. Floor length of our 21fbs is actually 17'4". Plenty of room for two.
Unfortunately, Sunnybrook was bought out by winnebago in 2010 or so and they let the quality slip starting in 2013 (don't mean to offend any Winnie owners out there!) So you have to buy used to get a Harmony.

Keep in mind that gross trailer weight is a max.
i.e. dry weight of 4300# and your water, propane & all other personal items only equal 1200# you are at 5500#, even though the trailer gross weight could max out to 6200# if your water & possessions were another 700# more... and they may be that heavy... or not.

As such, the 20rd may be a fit for you...

In addition to above suggestions consider Nash or Livin Lite (but has a slide).
