My son just prurchased an 03 Skyline Aljo 190lt travel trailer. After we got it home, discovered the the cold water pressure is very low in the toilet and shower area. All other areas are fine (kitchen, seperater bath area sink and outside shower. Hot water pressure is fine. Any ideas of what to try to resolve this.

I'd look for a kink in the cold water feed to the bathroom.....does it run behind any appliances that may have been removed/changed/repaired? May have a pinch.

we have looked at the cold water line as best we can after it leaves the sink and no kinks I believe. If it's not a kink could it be a plugged line and how (with all the 90 deg bends) would you go about cleaning out the line?

It seems to me, if it is a blocked line, it would have gotten blocked in the direction of the water flow. If both cold faucets are low pressure as you indicate, I would start behind the first faucet (towards the pump) and blow no more than 40 psi air back to the pump (of course, you would disconnect the water line from the pump first).
How's the pressure at the john?
And I mean that literally

the cold water pressure at both the shower and toilet is low. the sink which is upstream of both is just fine. i'm thinking that either the common line is either blocked or both the shower valve and toilet valve are blocked. the hot water is fine at the shower

Well finally got around to checking out the low cold water flow. Pretty easy fix really. I was able to remove the shower/tub faucet fixture and found cold side plugged with a white gritty substance which I flushed out with water and soaked with white vinegar. The toilet had similar debris in it's line. Now all is fine. Found a service receipt from a couple of months ago that the previous owners paid 88.00 to have this checked out. Not sure what was done, but appears they didn't get much for their money.
