I would use a lithium Grease not the spray kind, Ace hardware has it in a squeeze tube, lithium Grease doesn't attract dirt, use it lightly on the screws and run them in and out a couple times, as far as the slide they make a spray line for it I have a can but forgot what it's called, it dries almost immediately and doesn't attract dirt either, you don't want any build up on your slide at all, I think it was a camco product I may have gotten it from Walmart at Amazon, if you want to know the name and brand let me know I will get it out of storage to look. I thought of using the lithium on the slide but if a Pebble or something gets stuck to it , it could seriously damage the teeth on my slide so I didn't use it.

WD makes a dry lube that works very well.

Open Gear Lube from NAPA... sprays on but dries and doesn't attract dust and dirt.

I also believe the folks at 3-in one oil have some products for everything from sticking windows to slides and jack screws.

LPS also makes some spray on products - I believe that their #3 product has some lithium grease in it.

I agree that whatever you do - you don't want to use a wet lube product like WD-40 as it will attract dust and dirt.

In the past, I have used a dry silicone lube on my jackscrews and it seemed to work well.

Wd-40 is a solvent not a lubricant, use WD-40 to clean parts before lubricating with one of the following. If its a Schwintek/Lippert Slide manufacturer recommends CFC Power Lube with PTFE, https://www.amazon.com/CRC-Industria...5YT0HYDZGWMFHJ. I use it on slide, electric stabilizer Jacks, and Kwikee steps. I recently started using Boeshield T9, https://www.amazon.com/Boeshield-T-9...of+lubrication, on the stabilizer and steps since it is waterproof and doesn't attract dust and dirt like white lithium grease.

This WD-40 certainly is a lubricant: https://www.wd40specialist.com/produ...one-lubricant/

"Safely lubricates, waterproofs and protects metal and non-metal surfaces, including rubber, plastic and vinyl better than leading competitors."

Boshield T9 is by far the best spray lube I've used. WD40 will lubricate but it also dissipates very quickly. WD is an acronym for Water Dispersant, which it is very good at. Lube, not so much.
