Prop you mattress up so air can circulate and see if that helps.

That’s what we are doing now but our daughter sleeps in the top bunk every night and with it getting down to 40* at night the outside walls just get lined with condensation

With it being cooler out you may want to get a dehumidifier or leave a roof vent cracked open a little
|

When the three of us were living in our travel trailer while building our house. I tried all the usual tricks. Ended up getting a medium size dehumidifier that helped eliminate most of the walls and windows sweating.

We put a rechargeable dehumidifier on the window of our daughter's bunk due to the same issue. That and a dehumidifier for the trailer seems to have everything mold and mostly moister free.

Agree no PT(pressure treated) material in the living space.

Definitely no "Pressure Treated" material inside! It is against all building codes for a good reason!

You can however use a marine grade ply. Plus, they do now make a moisture resistant ply for interior use. It usually has a blue coating that distinguishes it from the exterior green.
