Need new slide out seals

Hello everyone; I'm new to this site- we have a 2011 Cougar High Country 321 RES model with 3 slides- we live in Central Texas and have left our slides out for the past couple of years because we have family and friends who come and stay- apparently the sun has deteriorated the rubber seals on the slides and now I am getting water inside the bedroom area- wondering how hard it is to replace the rubber seals myself and where to buy them- the dealership wants about $2,000 to start repairs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
