Needs some ideas or suggestions on steps

So I had my trailer parked on a 5 acre lot which was the only RV stored there. The owners of the property lived there and it 'appears' he hit the
rear stairs with his tractor/mower. The bottom is bend and tweaked to the rear.

The stairs have always been difficult to move, now impossible. I removed the entire set of stairs and was able to bend the stair framebox back a little
so it was better. But still really sucks...

I have seen several stair replacements of different qualities. Just open to
ideas on what others have done to improve the stairs.

Ever thought about buying used steps? Try one of these RV surplus and salvage stores near your location.

I have looked into the salvage side of the stairs. Unfortunately there no
yards in my state. I called a few and looked at website but the shipping is much as $100.00. I can buy new Lippert 1774401 for 175.00 with free shipping.

I did go to the RV dealer with the idea to go look at new lipperts installed
on new RV. They move like glass in comparison. The DW and I now realize how bad our stairs or defective they both were when we purchased the RV.
