New buyer - what add-ons to buy/negotiate

So, we are buying our first TT. Of course, in addition to the TT itself, there will be extra items to buy. What items are "must haves" to either negotiate with the sale, buy or both? My initial thoughts go to things like sway control hitches, choks, hoses, in-line water filter, etc. Thanks in advance for your input.

Heavy duty extension cord, 30 /50 electrical adapters, some sort of leveler blocks ,box. and if it does not have one an electric tongue jack makes things easier. It should already have an awning. an assortment of fuses for the unit. a Tool box and you will think of things as you go along, especially what to carry in the tool box. It is easy to over do things, and then the mods will start to "make it your own"

If you have an aux propane hookup for an outside grill then the quick connect hose so you can actually use the damn thing. I should have asked for one but didn't know they were so expensive. Usually they throw in the hoses. The water hose is OK but the sewer hose is pathetic. If you can, upgrade that, otherwise just buy one.
