Where you going to keep it ? Sure hope you like it and RVing, sounds like your dumping a lot of money into you first venture. Ours was a $3,000 used 2000 Springdale that we learned on on and the lifestyle .

Honestly though, you want to shake it down to include pulling it. That first pull can reveal some things that may need a little attention after you hit some humps, hills, rough patches, shakes and banks.

Nice truck by the way. It'll control that trailer with no problem.

I just saw a video the other day on fastlanetruck that installed some sort of integrated sway controller on a trailer, I don't remember the model though.

We were going to buy a used unit but couldn't find one that had the overall capacity we needed. We've rented an TT before and loved it. We always said if we bought our own we wanted it to be new and have all the comforts we were wanting. Plus, most people mark up their used ones to match new prices. And, we didn't want to wonder what the last owner(s) had done in a used one.
