No matter what hitch was on the market when I had my 19 foot Gulfstream Innsbruck, after extensive research I chose a Henley Club. Best choice, with no sway in winds or tractor trailer passing. I purchased from them directly.

I have a Husky friction sway bar includes ball to attach to trailer tongue. Be glad to give it to someone if you pay freight or pick up.

Hitch's and truck size. Has anyone ever taken a real good look at the cheap spring suspension on their TT, 5rs, and any rv trailer in general. The more I research and hear about all the quality problems...when my wife and I buy out retirement TT first thing after the Henley, will be items like better quality equalizer, or shocks and definetly tires. I read everyone wants to talk hitch and tow vehicle but very little on whats under the trailer. Cost first manufacturers ought to do better with undercarriage but doesn't look like that will happen soon.

My original TT tires only lasted 1 year and began cracking. There are kits for improving the trailer ride, but my TT was only 19 foot, so I didn't put too much into it.

I'd pay it for safety and piece of mind. You spend $40, 50, 60K for a unit. $3K is a drop in the bucket for safety of the trailer, truck and occupants.

I own a Husky Centerline TS. I have a 2007 Tundra SR5. with a 5.7 L engine that I tow a 2017 Keystone Hideout that is 27 ft long, with a gross vehicle weight of 7600 lbs and they work great together. No problems with it so far. I admit that I do not have a great deal of experience but happy.

Have you checked the weights on your truck and the camper? I think your truck is overmatched imo

If you do a Google search on your truck and TT your looking at, it seems your truck is over matched by over 3000 pounds...
