New tool box

I have a 2008 Keystone 307 fK Springdale. It has very little outside storage. There is an area under the bed that is accessible from the outside. This storage was cut in half by me as I didn't like having extra bedding and such in the same storage as where I keep my poo pipe fittings. I put a Lowes 12" deep truck tool box up front and put my batteries in it along with an electrical cut off switch. I can also keep my jack blocks and such in there as well. I was lucky i had a trailer this could be done on as most won't accommodate a tool box up front. I do have vent holes drilled in the back and bottom of the tool box. Works very well.

I like it! I like the batt switch mounted inside. I wish I had the tongue weight capacity. I am already at 11xx lbs with 1200lb spring bars. :-(

Also like the place you park your hitch!

My trailer always ran a bit light in front as I rebuilt the rear bedroom and added weight there and at the same time I removed the heavy couch/bed and went with light weight stuff we liked. This sorta evened it out.
