Congrats on the new trailer! While I don't have that exact one, I do have a hideout 27 BHS which is pretty nice. Had it for two now and it suits my family of 5 great. We have had it in for warranty work such as slide out became uneven and had to be adjusted, leak under couch in slide out and slide out scratched floor because it was uneven. It was all covered under warrant so we were happy about that! It's our first trailer and despite the problems, overall I'm happy with it and I hope yours works out for you!

My brother has that exact model. He has had a problem with his slide. The shower floor split and had to be replaced. The kitchen faucet exploded and caused quite the flood. Always shut off your water when gone for any length of time. Now he has some electrical gremlin that is affecting the charging of his batteries when hooked up to shore power. He says he still like it.
