New TT for my parents :)

I'm helping my parents (halfway across the US) pick out a new TT. They have a seasonal campsite on a small lake in, and want to keep it under 36' so they can park in the orientation they like

Budget around 25K
Length below 36'
Towing- not an issue as they will have it towed and it will sit.
Location- Connecticut
Age- a year or two old at most.

Their current trailer has the typical layout of and end-bedroom and a pair of chairs on the other end (dinette, couch, kitchen, bathroom)

They want (for when the grandkids come, and when friends stay over) to have a bunkhouse.

They do have a fair number of friends come over, and being in CT it does get very humid somedays and so the inside space is a must.

I'm trying to find one with a layout that works well for chatting with friends. Seems like most have the dinette and the couch on the same slideout, and then the kitchen opposite with the bunkhouse at the end.

The closest I've found is this one: New 2017 Forest River RV Cherokee Grey Wolf 28BHKS Travel Trailer at Big Daddy RVs | On Order - London, KY | #On Order-159

I feel like it'd be great to get one a little bigger than that, deeper slideouts (maybe it's not very to scale? There's also approximately 0 counter space if you like using a sink.

Any ideas where else i could look?

Not sure, but look for "park model" in your searches. For something they won't tow and plan to spend a lot of time in that may be the way to go. Looks like Forest River has a line of park model RV's. Good luck!
