Newbie question on slides and storage

We have purchased our first towable this year and I have a question on stroage. We are able to store our camper inside with concrete floor. When stored is it ok to leave the slides out or should they be kept in.

Just "exercise" the slideouts every once in a while if you can, keep the seals healthy - run the a/c a little too!

Silicone spray would be good and also, most any RV dealer should sell real slide seal lube. I know we have both the lube for rubber seals as well as the dry lube for gears and sliding parts.
