Batts connected to trailer?
Is there a battery disconnect switch?
Fuses good in the panel?
Water in the batteries?
Batteries charged ?

There may be a main 12v circuit breaker that has tripped. They are usually near the battery.

X2 -My guess also look for a small breaker box coming off the primary close to the battery, probably under the TT.. Some will reset some will not. Can be replaced easily any auto parts place carries them for about $10.

You are a little short on details. Do your lights shine when trailer is plugged in to 110 vac? Do they go off when you remove the 110 vac? If this is the case then the battery voltage is not getting back to the DC distribution panel. You need to do a lot more analyzing with the voltmeter. Here is a generic power schematic that might help.
