Norcold fridge N611 heater

Hello. I have a good one for you! While camping over the 4th of July our fridge would not light on propane. it worked fine on electric. After looking into it, I discovered that the circuit board was fried. I ordered a new one, installed it and wa la... it worked! later I switched it over to electric (auto) to save the propane and it switched back to propane and the lights blinked 3 times. The fault code says it now the AC (electric) Heater failure. Not owner serviceable. Called the dealer and they are booked out 2 months and we have a big trip to Niagara Falls coming up. There has got to be something I can do??? I check the 5 amp fuse on the circuit board and the circuit breaker and both are fine. Any Ideas??

2016 Thor Four Winds N611 issues

similar issue here. three days old non stop flashing of both lights. with turn off and then back on will run with generator but will NOT run on propane. we can by-pass the auto switch and it runn on propane but it runs non-stop never taking break inother words the frige becomes a freezer ruining most of the refrigerator foods (eggs, freezing and such)

we are 900 mmiles from home, no dealer can see us for a month and then we are told they MUST keep our motorhome for 10-15 days. We live in it full time while away from home.

When that is the kind of service offered what good is a warranty?

curious if this is a consistent issue for the N611? How in the world can this be happening with a three day old rig? (now a week old)
