North Trail is ready....

I've scrubbed her until she's spanking clean. All the throw rugs have been washed. All the beds are changed, windows washed and the whole TT smells faintly of Pine Oil. She's also winterized until we head for FL the end of Dec. All we have to do is flush her pipes, pack our clothes, load our cats and food and split for sunny Ocala. I can hardly wait.

I'm also looking forward to seeing the friends we made there last winter. People from Ontario, Michigan, Illinois and other points north.

Right now it's 8:30 pm and 56° out. Not even raining. Wish we could head south even so but the grandson is in school and the wife is having real health problems. Hope they find a reason soon and it's curable!!
So, all you lucky people headed south HAVE A GOOD TIME!!!

Oh how I envy you. I wish we were leaving this soon. It's not 21F here yet, but it's getting there. Last night was 32 out here in the boondocks. I think you're heading a little further south than us.

I once had health issues when in my 30s. Was misdiagnosed a few times, then, tired of Drs who couldn't find the real problem, went to a specialist at Vanderbilt University Hosp in Nashville. I was correctly diagnosed, had surgery and was fine in no time. I sure hope they find your wife's problem.

We're planning on another sunny warm winter of living in shorts and T-shirts, lounging under the moss draped love oaks....
