The only thing we ever purchase from CW is what we cannot locate elsewhere, because of what you experienced. I always haggle over the price, there is nothing to lose.

That's what I'd like to know. We just bought a propane tank from WalMart for something like $15 less than we could get it for at CW. These $10s here and $20s there start to add up. I will say you get better help and advice at CW on camping/RVing things, and they so stand by their products like other stores do. But if something can be found cheaper somewhere else, we'll save the money and buy there.

I agree, but I do have to stick up for CW in that they do guarantee their repairs and work. They replaced my entry door window that they repaired back in September under warranty no problem.

Also, you can ask in the store if they will match their internet pricing, which is always lower....
