Are you positve you don't have produce (potato, onion, etc) that hid from you and is now turning to jello in the heat. Don't ask me why I am so smart.

Ha, nope, no produce in there. I'm fairly smart in that area as well.

Possibly the cooling unit in the fridge leaking. Pull the outside panel and check for yellow residue.

I pulled the cover and no fluid and no smell. Went inside and no smell. I guess the traps being empty and black tank being dry was the culprit.

Congrats for finding the source...and fixing it before anything took the odor (fabrics, bedding).
