Open Range Travel Trailers

My wife and I are looking at Open Range Travel Trailers due primarily to their innovative ideas and standard features. However, recently we have been told by Open Range dealers that they are experiencing many issues with this product and help from the manufacturer has been slow coming. We like this product from what we can see, but we don't want to invest in something that has issues and there is no support from the manufactuer to resolve them in a timely fashion. I prefer not to mention the names of the dealers or the issues they discussed but would like to hear from actual Open Range owners about their satisfaction level or lack thereof.
Thanks ahead of time for any honest feedback you may be willing to share with us. We truly like the this manufacturer's products and hope perhaps that the unhappy dealers we spoke with were simply trying to steer us another direction for whatever reason.

Visit www.openrangeowners.com.
It is a very active forum of owners and potential owners that will get you rapid responses to your questions and concerns.
My opinion is that the Open Range factory is very good to work with once that they are made aware of an issue. That being said, the dealer makes the difference, so check out your dealer to see that they have the reputation of taking care the customer the way that you want to be taken care of.
I am an owner myself, and am very satisfied with their product.

Joe we really liked them too but I could get no response from company about the product. I finally got a local salesman for the company who did not help me in finding a particular model to view. I was kind of scared off by this lack of customer service and went with another product.

My husband and I bought an Open Range in June. We LOVE it! While on a camping trip our microwave had a short in it. We called the dealer and he had us to stop by on our way home and it was fixed within an hour. I think it all depends on your dealer. Ours is in Tulsa, OK and the customer service is unbelievable.
