Well, if you are interested in purchasing a Open Road, I have to say, I have a great dealer. I cant stop raving about this place. When I bought the trailer (my first fifth wheel) the owner spent all day going over the trailer, and then teaching me how to hook up and be safe.

Now, I found a few problems, a year later a double pane window was leaking, there was a stain on the couch under the window where it looked like the fabric got wet and the ink bled through. Well the dealer got the window in, sent me a e-mail, and said for me to bring it up. He is 5 hrs from my house. He let me spend the night at his shop, (he also has a campground but the were booked for memorial day weekend). I got a e-mail yesterday, to come on up, he fit me in got everything on my list done, including replacing the window, and ordered me a new couch. When I pulled in last week, his brother Whitey came to me like we were old friend, fist name basis. Iy may not be convenient to bring it in for service, but 5hr drive is worth it for me to be treated like every concern I have is his concern and they address them.

The dealership is in Darien NY (by Buffalo) http://www.skylinervresort.com The Dealers name is Red and his brother is Whitey. Dealers take notice, this is the way customer service should be. I cant say enough about Open Road, and my Dealership.

Red, Whitey, thank-you again
